Illinois Stewardship Alliance
A non-profit organization that focuses on environmentally sustainable, economically viable, socially just, local food systems through policy development, advocacy, and education. They sponsors for the annual Local Flavors Dinners throughout the state focusing on local viable food sources as well as hosting of other events throughout the year. Membership to this organization is not limited to just restaurants and farmers but also to any individual who has a desire to help promote healthy and sustainable food culture.
